System requirement for devices using the Meeting Application system

This article will help you ensure that your computer, laptop, mobile device, and internet meet the minimum requirements to enjoy the best performance of the Meeting Application.

# **Internet Connection and Speed**

**Minimum Requirements for Audio/Video Connection**

Average download speed: 1.5mbps

Average upload speed: 1.5mbps

**Recommended Requirements for Audio/Video Connection**

Average download speed: 3 mbps

Average upload speed: 3 mbps

We recommend performing a speed test of your connection before the event, e.g. [here](https://www.speedtest.net/pl)

**ATTENTION!**

If you are using a work computer or work network - if you are using a VPN or the network is protected by a firewall, this may cause connectivity issues with the entire platform or parts of it.

If problems occur, we recommend disabling the VPN during the event.
