Event info - information about your event

How to fill in the basic information about your event in the mobile app

Basic information about the event

The Event info module contains a description of the event, which is shared with participants, both in the Mobile App and on the Landing Page.

It may contain various information, depending on the nature of the event being prepared. It is important that the description is understandable and precise so that participants can first learn about the theme and nature of the event. Providing complete and accurate information about the event can help ensure its positive reception by participants.

How to create an Event info module

Simply click the plus icon next to the Event info module in the Create section. It does not require any additional information to be filled in. All content from the Basic Info tab will be added here automatically.

You can change the name and icon of the module by clicking on the ellipsis:

The Event info module is visible both in the Mobile App and on the Landing Page, but in a slightly different way.

In the case of the Landing Page, the information contained in this module is displayed by default as one of the first pieces of information at the top of the page and only shows the description, while the event address is displayed on a banner above the clock. By changing the name of the Event info module to any name in the admin panel, you will change the header visible on the Landing Page:

In the mobile app, the Event info module can be displayed as one of the available modules in the Menu on the left side of the app. By changing its name to any name in the admin panel, you will also change its name in the sidebar. The entire description will be visible after clicking on its name:

PRO TIP

You can set the Event info module to be displayed first every time the app is opened on a user's phone. To do this, go to the Summary tab in the Create section and check the First to open column on the right:
