In the Manage tab, in the Tags module, you can see all the modules added by you from the Create tab. You can learn more about managing tags and user groups from the Tag Database article.
This module shows information about each of the modules you’ve added in the earlier stages. Here, you can check the assigned user groups and edit them easily.
In the User groups column, you can see the assigned user group tags, for which the respective modules are displayed. By clicking the "x" button at the end of each tag name, you can remove a given user group, thereby revoking its visibility of a specific module.
By clicking the ellipsis on the right side, you can select two actions from the dropdown list, such as editing user groups or deleting the entire module:
After selecting Edit user groups, a new window will appear with the option to add additional participant groups for the event. By clicking the label icon, you can add a new group and assign it to the specified module:
WARNING!
Removing a group from a module automatically removes it from the module's subsets too. For example, if you remove the User Group from the Agenda, it will also be removed from all the sessions where it was included.
However, if you add a tag to the entire module, it will not be automatically added to its components. You need to navigate to the Create section and manually assign the group to the items that should be visible to that group.
If you feel that the order of the modules displayed in the Application should be different than it currently is, you can change it by dragging and arranging the individual modules in the desired order.
In the Tags module, you can control the visibility of individual modules using the sliders in the left column. Sliding them to the right hides the module along with all its completed content:
From here, you can also decide which module will be displayed to event users first when they open the mobile app.
Its content will always be visible first each time your event is opened in the app:
Have a great event with Meeting Application!
