Graphic Specifications

In this article you'll find all the info about the graphic dimensions you can add in different modules in the Admin Panel or in the Landing Page configurator.

If you add files in other dimensions than recommended, just remember that the system will automatically adjust the graphics. Make sure the final effect meets your expectations 🙌🏽

Mobile banner:

Any photo orientation is fine, but we suggest portrait mode for the best view on a mobile app user's phone.

• file size should not go over 10MB

Exhibitor Module

Exhibitor logo:

• Ratio 1:1, you can provide another one, but it'll always display as a square with white space

• Format: JPG, PNG

• Resolution: 72 ppi

DEDICATED APP

To produce a custom app, you need to provide graphic materials in editable files. You can find out more about custom app requirements from THIS ARTICLE.

App logo

• Format: vector file (e.g. SVG, PDF, AI)

• Proportions: the logo should fit inside a square

• Note: If the logo you provide is horizontal, it’ll be adjusted to fit a square format

Banner for current event

• Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI

• Proportions: 2:1

• Purpose: showing in the app as the banner for the current event

Graphic for the onboarding banner:

• Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI

• Proportions: 4:1 (it can also be 3:1, 2:1)

• Purpose: showing in the app as the onboarding banner (when you open the app for the first time)

• Notes: if no separate graphic is provided, the logo or graphic elements from the event banner will be used, scaled to fit the height

• Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI

• Proportions: it should fit in a square
