# Graphic Specifications

Specification of graphics used in the Meeting Application system

In this article you'll find all the info about the graphic dimensions you can add in different modules in **the Admin Panel or in the Landing Page configurator.**

> **Success:** If you add files in other dimensions than recommended, just remember that the system will automatically adjust the graphics. Make sure the final effect meets your expectations 🙌🏽

## PERSONALIZATION TAB

**Event logo:**

-   Proportions: 1:1
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    

**Mobile banner:**

-   Proportions: 2:1 (horizontal)
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    

**Mobile side menu:**

-   Proportions: 10:16
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    

**Website banner:**

-   Proportions: 21:9 (horizontal)
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    

## CREATE TAB - COMPONENTS

### Interactive map module

Any photo orientation is fine, but we suggest portrait mode for the best view on a mobile app user's phone.

-   Ratio: 9:16
    
-   Format: JPG or PNG
    
-   file size should not go over 10MB
    

### Exhibitor Module

**Exhibitor logo:**

-   Ratio 1:1, you can provide another one, but it'll always display as a square with white space
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    
-   Extra info: logo is best as png with transparency
    

**Extra graphics for exhibitors with VIP status:**

-   Ratio: 2:1
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    
-   Extra info: logo is best as png with transparency
    

### News Module

**Post welcome image:**

-   Ratio: 2:1

**Speaker profile photo:**

-   We recommend logos with a transparent background.

**Welcome photo at the module entrance:**

-   Extra info: the logo works best as a png with transparency
    

### Business Matching module

**Photo on the welcome screen when you enter the module:**

-   Ratio: 9:16 or 1:1
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    
-   Extra info: this size displays the photo/banner at full screen height; if you add a title and description, we recommend a 1:1 ratio to make sure the whole image is visible no matter how long the text is
    

### Sponsor banners:

**used in the agenda or speakers module, we recommend:**

-   Aspect ratio: 21:9
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    
-   Extra info: this size shows the banner full width in the mobile app
    

**used as a POP UP banner in the mobile app:**

-   Aspect ratio: 5:2, 3:1
    
-   Format: JPG, PNG
    
-   Resolution: 72 ppi
    
-   Extra info: best to use a logo as a png with transparency

## DEDICATED APP

To produce a custom app, you need to provide graphic materials in editable files. You can find out more about custom app requirements from [THIS ARTICLE](https://help.meetingapplication.com/pl/articles/9099872-aplikacja-dedykowana.md).

**App logo**

-   Format: **vector file** (e.g. SVG, PDF, AI)
    
-   Proportions: the logo should fit inside a square
    
-   Note: If the logo you provide is horizontal, it’ll be adjusted to fit a square format
    

**Banner for current event**

-   Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI
    
-   Proportions: 2:1
    
-   Purpose: showing in the app as the banner for the current event
    

**Graphic for the onboarding banner:**

-   Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI
    
-   Proportions: 4:1 (it can also be 3:1, 2:1)
    
-   Purpose: showing in the app as the onboarding banner (when you open the app for the first time)
    
-   Notes: if no separate graphic is provided, the logo or graphic elements from the event banner will be used, scaled to fit the height
    

**Graphic for the welcome screen (splash screen)**

-   Format: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI
    
-   Proportions: it should fit in a square
    
-   Note: if a separate graphic isn't provided, your logo or graphics from the event banner will be used
