Payment methods

Meeting Application is a system integrated with the following gateways: PayU, Autopay, Strip. It’s also possible to pay based on a proforma invoice, provided that you use our system for issuing invoices. You can learn more about invoice configuration from THIS ARTICLE.

If the payment method has been selected and configured - send the Support Team screenshots of the configuration from the relevant panels (PayU, Stripe and/or Autopay) to [email protected] so we can verify that the data has been entered correctly and enable this method on the Landing Page.

PayU

When buying a ticket, you can choose different payment methods. To do this, go back to the Tickets tab. The first payment method is PayU, which allows you to make fast and secure transactions using blik payments, bank transfers, or cards – according to the settings in your PayU panel. To add this payment option to the ticket for your event, click Payment methods in the top right corner and select PayU from the dropdown list:

Next, enter your PayU User ID, PayU Secret Key and PayU MD5 Key:

Remember!
After the first transaction made in the PayU gateway, for new stores, PayU will take about 3 business days to verify the company – during this time transactions will have the status “awaiting pickup”, which means that in our system they will be processed until they get the status “completed”. Keep an eye on your inbox during this time in case PayU asks you to complete the documentation.

ATTENTION!
If you’re not a PayU user, create an account to be able to use this payment method. You’ll find more information about creating and configuring an account in the article Zakładanie konta w PayU.

Proforma invoice

error icon
Date of sale, which will appear on the VAT invoice for the proforma, is the date when you confirm that the bank transfer has reached your bank account.

Remember that all invoices sent to KSeF must contain a date of sale that matches the date when the money reaches the account.

When you enable the “proforma” payment method, check your bank account every day so that you can confirm the receipt of the transfer in the admin panel on the same day, in the MANAGE → INVOICES tab.
info icon
Payment based on a proforma invoice is only possible when buying as a company, meaning for B2B transactions.
warning icon
To enable ticket payment based on a proforma invoice, it’s necessary that ticket invoices are issued by our system. If you disable invoice generation in the settings, payment based on a proforma invoice won’t be possible.

To let participants of your event pay based on a proforma invoice, you need to add the bank account number where ticket payments will be sent in the CREATE → ACCESS → TICKETS → PAYMENT METHODS tab.

For a participant buying a ticket to the event, at step 3 of the purchase cart, after clicking “I want an invoice”, the proforma invoice option will appear. Once all required fields are filled in and the purchase process is completed, the system will send the proforma invoice to the payer’s email address.

After receiving the transfer:

  • log in to the panel

  • go to the ZARZĄDZAJ → FAKTURY tab

  • accept the payment

The system will automatically generate the correct invoice linked to the paid pro forma, and will also send the ticket for the event.

Have a great event with Meeting Application!
