News Module - event updates

With this module, you can provide users of the Meeting Application System with the latest information about your event. News is visible both in the Mobile App and on the Landing Page. In each News post, you can add a title, text, and a picture. Use this module as the main place from which participants will get current information about the event.

How to add a post in the NEWS module?

To create a News post, go to the News module and select (+) Create news. Fill in all fields marked with (*):

This way, you will go to the editor, where in the Name field, choose what the thematic channel to which you will add posts below should be called. You can have multiple thematic channels, which will make it easier for participants to filter content that is relevant to them.

The update must have a title and content. Optionally, you can also add a selected image that will inform the user at first glance what the news is about:

PRO TIP

You can use this module to announce contests for participants or inform about event partners and sponsors, increasing their visibility and redirecting from News to the page.

You can add several news items in a row without having to return to the module. To add another one, just click (+) Add new message, and similar fields will open below for you to fill in.

To save all the news items you have entered, click Save changes:

Recommended size of graphic files

Recommended size of graphic files added in posts:

  • size 1920px x 1080px,

  • resolution 72 ppi,

  • maximum file size should not exceed 10 MB.
