With this module you can share the latest updates with the users of the Meeting Application System. The news will be visible in the mobile app and on the Landing Page under the News module. Every post can have a title, text, and a photo. Use this module as the main spot where attendees will get all the live info about your event.
To create a News, go to the News module and pick (+) Add news. Fill in all the fields marked with (*):
This way, you'll go to the editor, where in the Name field you can choose what to call the topic channel where you'll be adding posts below. You can have multiple topic channels, which makes it easier for participants to filter the content that's important to them.
A news item needs a title and content. Optionally, you can also add a selected image, which at first glance lets the user know what the news is about:
You can add several news posts one after another without having to go back to the module. To add another one, just click (+) Add new message, and below you'll see similar fields to fill in.
To save all the news you've added, click Save changes:
This is how your added News will show up on your Landing Page; we recommend adding a picture that visually shows what the post is about.
If you don't want News to show up on the Landing Page, you can turn off this module in the LP Editor using the āIs enabledā switch.
Recommended size of image files added to posts:
16:9 ratio
72 ppi resolution,
maximum file size shouldn't exceed 10 MB.
