List of changes in the Meeting Application product, February 2025

**Administrative Panel:**

-   added the Invoices section:
    
    -   possibility to review all invoices and their status in one place
        
    -   detailed overview of information including number, issue date, payment due date, buyer, amount, and type of invoice
        
    -   possibility to confirm payment for a proforma invoice
        
    -   possibility to export invoices individually or in bulk
        
    -   possibility to sort invoices by column values in ascending or descending order
        
    -   possibility to filter displayed invoices by date range and type
        
    -   possibility to save filter settings
        
-   added the Participation Requests section:
    
    -   dedicated space for reviewing the participation status of all users as part of conducting sales in reservation mode with participation requests
        
    -   overview of information including request creation date, status, buyer details, total order amount, order content, data from registration forms, and invoice details
        
    -   possibility to accept or reject a participation request
        
    -   automatic sending of emails informing about the status of a participation request:
        
        -   email confirming the submission of a participation request
            
        -   email about the acceptance of a participation request
            
        -   email about the rejection of a participation request
            
    -   possibility to sort requests by column values
        
    -   possibility to filter records of requests by date range and statuses
        
    -   possibility to display columns as desired
        
    -   possibility to save filter settings
        
    -   possibility to search for requests by first name, last name, or email address
        
-   added detailed General Settings in the Tickets section:
    
    -   possibility to independently set the maximum number of tickets in the cart
        
    -   possibility to enable/disable invoice generation
        
    -   possibility to enable/disable the option for buyers to fill in the invoice form
        
    -   possibility to enable/disable sending invoices for free tickets
        

**Sales**:

-   possibility of conducting ticket sales in the form of reservations with a request for participation
    
-   possibility of not issuing invoices when distributing free tickets
