To place the event page on your own domain (white-label) and ensure full functionality — including proper operation of the shopping cart for users who aren’t logged in — follow the steps below.
Choose the main URL address for the event page (e.g. www.konferencjanauka.pl or event.moje-stowarzyszenie.org).
Set up an A record for this domain or subdomain in your DNS settings and point it to the IP address: 5.252.229.8
Choose an additional (different) domain or subdomain for the shopping cart (e.g. basket.konferencjanauka.pl or checkout.moje-stowarzyszenie.org )
Why is this needed?
Because of browser limitations related to cookies, the shopping cart for not logged-in users has to work on a different domain/subdomain than the event site.
Configure an A record for this additional domain/subdomain in DNS to the same IP address: 5.252.229.8
After configuring DNS records, send us the following data:
Event name
Chosen domain/subdomain of the event site
Additional domain/subdomain for the cart
Send the information to: support@meetingapplication.com or via the chat available in the Admin Panel: https://admin.meetingapplication.com
Event page Conference: www.konferencja2025.pl
Cart: checkout.konferencja2025.pl
Both subdomains have an A record pointing to IP: 5.252.229.8
