To put your event page on your own domain (white-label) and get all features working—including the shopping cart for guests—just follow these steps.
Choose the main URL for your event page (e.g. www.konferencjanauka.pl or event.moje-stowarzyszenie.org).
Set up an A record for this domain or subdomain in your DNS settings and point it to: 5.252.229.8
Pick an extra (different) domain or subdomain just for the shopping cart (e.g. basket.konferencjanauka.pl or checkout.moje-stowarzyszenie.org )
Why is this needed?
Because of browser limitations with cookies, the shopping cart for users who aren't logged in has to work on a different domain/subdomain than the event page.
Set the A record for this extra domain/subdomain in DNS to the same IP address: 5.252.229.8
Once you set up the DNS records, send us the following info:
Event name
Chosen domain/subdomain for the event page
Extra domain/subdomain for the cart
Send the info to: support@meetingapplication.com or use the chat in the Admin Panel: https://admin.meetingapplication.com
Event page: www.konferencja2025.pl
Cart: checkout.konferencja2025.pl
Both subdomains have an A record pointing to IP: 5.252.229.8
