When should you write to Meeting Application?

Feel free to reach out if:

• there was a typo in your email address when creating your account, e.g. during purchase

• you're having trouble with the mobile app,

• the app won't open or shows errors,

• you want to delete your account and personal data from the mobile app (not from an event you attended).

About Meeting Application

Meeting Application is technology made for event organizers

We support event organizers by providing a platform for managing events, participants, and communication.

We create solutions that make it easier to:

• register,

• sell tickets,

• communicate with participants,

• build mobile apps dedicated to events.

We're a technology and mobile app provider, not the event organizer.

We're not the event organizer

Sadly, we can't help with matters related to:

• event schedule,

• agenda,

• accommodation,

• tickets and payments,

• refunds, complaints,

• attendee support.

For these matters you should contact the organizer directly.

You'll find the organizer's contact details:

• in the footer of the registration page (landing page),

• in the event mobile app.

We don't take responsibility for content published on the event page or in the mobile app. The organizer is the administrator of this data.

Ticket assignment

Tickets are personalized – assigned to the person whose details were given during purchase.

After purchase, the ticket will be sent to the ticket owner's email address given at registration.
VAT or personal invoice will be sent to the payer whose email was provided at step 3 in the checkout.

The ticket can't be transferred to another person after registration or purchase.
Please enter your details carefully and correctly during registration.

Ticket returns

Return rules are defined by the sales policy set by the event organizer.

Meeting Application:

• does not make decisions about refunds,

• does not handle complaints about payments,

• is not a party to the transaction – for the participant, the party is always the event organizer.

How to request a refund?

1. Contact the event organizer directly.
   You can find the email address in the rules or on the event website.

2. In your message, include:

   • first and last name,

   • transaction date,

   • ticket type,

   • payment ID.
