We support event organizers by providing a platform to manage events, attendees, and communication.

We are a provider of technology and mobile apps, not the event organizer.
Unfortunately, we can’t help with matters related to:
the course of the event,
the agenda,
accommodation,
tickets and payments,
returns, complaints,
participant support, including help with account activation or profile editing.
In such cases you should contact the organizer directly.

in the event mobile app.
We are not responsible for content published on the event page or in the mobile app. The organizer is the data controller.
Tickets are personalized – assigned to the person whose data was provided during the purchase.
After purchase, the ticket will be sent to the email address of the ticket owner given at registration.
A VAT or personalized invoice will be sent to the payer whose email was given at step 3 of the checkout process.
The ticket cannot be transferred to another person after registration or purchase.
Please carefully and correctly enter your information during registration.
The refund rules are set by the sales regulations set by the event organizer.
Meeting Application:
does not make decisions about refunds,
does not handle complaints regarding payments,
is not a party to the transaction – for the participant, the party is always the event organizer.
