Hi,
While holidays meant chill time for many, our team was working extra hard. All so we could get the system ready for an eventful fall season!
The changes we're giving you today are all about listening to what you need, going over your suggestions, and watching how you use our tool every day. Now you can run events faster, keep a better eye on sales, and personalize pages way more easily.
Tickets: duplication, archiving, shared pools, cart limits, discount export
Event page: new Audiovisuals and NEWS modules, extra subpages, flexible menu
Mobile app: fresh look, new icons, redesigned exhibitor and attendee modules
ADMIN PANEL
We mainly focused on the part about registration and ticket sales. The thing that many of you have been waiting for is the ability to edit ongoing registrations, duplicate existing tickets (to set up more of them even faster), and sell tickets, workshops, and products from one shared pool.
The second part of the work was about the Manage section, where we added new configurations for how certain data is viewed (Invoices, Tickets, Participation Requests) and exports of this data.
New ticket table look - we've completely refreshed the ticket table layout and readability, so managing sales is now quicker and more intuitive.
Ticket archiving - you can now move inactive tickets to the archive. This helps you keep your current sales view tidy and easily access historical data.
Ticket duplication - we made setting up new tickets faster – now you can duplicate an existing ticket along with its settings with just one click.
Better editing of ongoing sales - you can now make more changes to tickets that are already on sale, without having to stop the sale. That gives you more flexibility to respond to participants’ needs.
Highlighted ticket - the organizer can mark a ticket as highlighted – it’ll be featured in the sales view, making it more visible and boosting sales.
Shared pools for tickets, workshops, and products.
One ticket pool can be used in different sales periods – perfect for Early Bird/Regular/VIP.
We’ve also added a shared pool for workshops, which you can assign to different ticket types. This makes it easier to manage spots and avoid overbooking.
The shared pool also shows up for products—like accommodation or t-shirts.
Sales limits - now you can set a max:
number of tickets in one attendee’s cart,
number of workshops assigned to one ticket.
number of extra products per ticket.
Discount export - we’ve added the option to export info about used discount codes—it makes analyzing sales and settling up with partners way easier.
Updates in Tickets, Invoices, Participation Requests, Attendees sections - lots of new ways to filter, manage table views, and export data from different tables have been added.
EVENT PAGE
The event page got a new module Audiovisuals, which lets you not only create photo galleries, but also add files, links, and video materials. Plus, thanks to sharing content with a selected group of participants, you can—for example—share conference recordings only with people who bought tickets in the highest category.
Now everyone also has access to the NEWS module, which lets you publish key info about the event. It can act as a little microblog—a spot for regular updates with participants, especially when it's an event series.
On top of that, we've introduced a bunch of new ways to edit modules, both visually and functionally, so you get even more freedom in personalizing your event page.
New subpages
An admin in the Editor can create extra subpages on the Event page, so you can for example build a mini-conference site with a satellite agenda, FAQ, map, or partners, or modules fully prepared based on iFrame and HTML.
Flexible top menu
Option to change the order of modules in the navigation bar.
Add external links (e.g., to organizer page, sponsors, materials).

The main changes are the refreshed look of the app. Easier navigation, nicer looking visuals, round corners, and animations are just some of the updates, aimed not only at meeting the standards, but also at making it easier to find and read info or contacts.
Refreshed Event Gallery list view.
Refreshed event menu view - we've rebuilt the event menu – it's easier to jump back to Event Gallery now, your personal QR code is highlighted, and you can quickly access your tickets.
New icons and refreshed modules - we changed up the icon design and updated key modules: speakers, news, audio-visual materials, and the HTML editor.
