How to remove your data from the Freedom Games app

## **How to delete your account in the Igrzyska Wolności app**

Meeting Application Sp. z o.o. develops custom apps commissioned by clients, and the Igrzyska Wolności festival app is one of them. User accounts created in these apps are stored in the shared Meeting Application system database. That means deleting your account in one app will remove it from all apps made by Meeting Application Sp. z o.o.

**To delete your account, follow these steps:**

1.  **Log in** to the app.
    
2.  **Go to profile settings** (for example, tap the user icon, then the gear icon in the top right corner).
    
3.  **Pick the “Delete profile” option** and confirm you want to delete your account.

Once your account is deleted, all your profile data will be permanently removed from our system.

**Can't access the app?**  
If you can't access the app (e.g. because you don't have login details or you've uninstalled it), you can request account deletion by contacting us at: support@meetingapplication.com
