Meeting Application offers a wide range of tools that allow for effective promotion of partners and increasing their visibility during the event. Below is a list of key modules and functionalities that support sponsoring activities.
Partners and Sponsors Module
This module lets you create a clear hierarchy of sponsors by dividing them into any categories you like, such as “Gold”, “Silver” or “Media patronage”. The admin can set the size of logos in a given category using a star system – the higher the priority, the bigger the logo that appears in the app and on the Landing Page. Each partner can have an extensive profile including a description, contact details and links to social media.
Business Hub and Exhibitor Module
For companies with booths, the perfect solution is the Exhibitor module, which lets you create a virtual business card for the company with a photo gallery, attachments (e.g. PDF catalogues) and promo videos from YouTube. A key feature is the option to link company representatives directly to the exhibitor profile. Thanks to this, participants can interact directly with the partner’s staff via text messages or by arranging 1:1 meetings in the Business Matching system. Additionally, exhibitors can be marked on an interactive map, which makes it easier to locate them at the venue.
Gamification: Quizzes and Treasure Hunt
• Sponsored quizzes: This module lets you prepare a game sponsored by a specific partner. You can create a knowledge test about the company’s history or products, rewarding the best participants in series, which builds deep engagement with the brand.
• Treasure Hunt: The Treasure Hunt (Scan & Collect) module is a powerful gamification tool that lets you reward participants for specific activities with partners.
Tasks at exhibitors: Each exhibitor can get a unique QR code that a participant scans after visiting the booth. You can create a scenario where points are awarded for completing a task, e.g. leaving a business card for future contact or taking a photo by the partner’s logo and sharing it on social media.
Promoting talks: To increase attendance at key sponsors’ talks, it’s worth placing QR codes directly on presentation slides – on a random slide during the session or at the very end of the talk.
Rewarding engagement: This approach rewards the most attentive and eager listeners, motivating them to actively take part in sessions and stay in the room until the very end.
Scoring dynamics: The admin can assign different point values to individual codes and set scan limits (e.g. only for the first 50 people), which further boosts healthy competition for rewards.
Participants can track their progress and position in the ranking in real time directly in the app
Additional promotional options
• Sponsor banners: You can place promotional graphics in the most visible spots, such as the Agenda module or the Speakers list. Pop-up banners can appear randomly when the app is opened, guaranteeing high visibility.
• PUSH notifications: are one of the most effective tools for instantly promoting partners and exhibitors directly on participants’ phones. You can use them to send messages about special initiatives, such as invitations to booths or dedicated zones. They’re perfect for announcing sponsor contests and time-limited promotions, for example informing about discount codes available only for a limited time.
Thanks to the “Deeplink” feature, clicking on such a notification can take the participant straight to the exhibitor’s profile, a sponsored quiz, or a specific news article. You also have the option of precise targeting – a PUSH can go to all guests or only to a selected group, e.g. people registered for a talk supported by a given partner. Such dynamic actions build real engagement and effectively drive traffic where your sponsors care about it most.
• Coupons: Partners can offer digital coupons for free products (e.g. coffee, lunch, or gadgets), which participants redeem after a moderator at the exhibitor’s booth scans a QR code.
• NEWS module: You can publish dedicated posts about partners in the form of a microblog, increasing their visibility before and during the event.
