If you're organizing an event where showcasing your partners is especially important (like trade shows, or conferences with a dedicated partners’ area), this is the best module to gather all the info and contact details about your exhibitors. A clear exhibitor list makes it easy for attendees to browse profiles, find what they’re looking for, and even jump straight to the exhibitor’s booth on the interactive map!
Go to the CREATE tab -> COMPONENTS and select the Exhibitors – Business hub module from the list, then click
New exhibitor.
To create a new profile, all you need is the exhibitor's name. It's worth adding more details to the profile, like a logo, website address, YouTube channel, or a contact person attendees can schedule a meeting with during the event.
With a full profile, you’ll help event participants get to know the companies taking part and make sure they get good visibility.

Name - this is the company name of the given exhibitor
Scope - this is the business profile or industry, e.g. Gastronomy, automotive, consulting, IT
Description - this is info about the given entity, letting participants learn about the company's profile before the event starts
Logo - helps boost recognition and feature your logo on the Landing Page and in the event Mobile App. Required proportions: 1:1.
Banner - a background image your logo will be placed on. Required proportions: 2:1.
Photo gallery - lets you create a gallery visible after opening the exhibitor's profile. The gallery only works in the mobile app.
Add attachments as downloadable files like brochures, catalogs, sales presentations, or offers.
Add exhibitor tags – thanks to this feature you can create keywords which, when typed into the search, will help a participant find all exhibitors marked with that phrase. This function lets you group exhibitors by any type of activity.
Website URL – add the exhibitor's website to boost its exposure, which will bring the exhibitor more benefits.
Promotional YouTube Video URL – add a video from the YouTube channel to make the exhibitor's profile much more attractive.
Social Media – here you can add links to the exhibitor's social media profiles in the mobile app. You can choose whether you want these links to show only for logged-in participants by selecting the Only for logged-in users option.
In the app you can indicate who represents a given exhibitor. To do this, pick one of the two available options:
CONTACT PERSONS – by selecting the + icon, you go to create the exhibitor representative profile. Their contact details will be visible to all event participants in the mobile app and on the dedicated website, but won’t allow direct contact in the app.
COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES AT THE EVENT – by clicking the Choose user button, a list of all event participants (logged in or imported) opens, from which you choose the exhibitor's representatives. This way, event participants can send a private message to the representative or set up a meeting directly through the event app:

Contact details – you can also add contact details in a more traditional way, by inserting the company’s email address or phone number into this section. Also decide if this data should be publicly available. If you choose the Logged-in users only button, the details will only be visible to logged-in participants.
A collective way to add exhibitor information is to import data. Learn how to import exhibitors to the Meeting Application panel from THIS ARTICLE.

These are visual elements that make sure your profile stands out on the list of all exhibitors at the event. Add a logo with a 1:1 ratio and a background banner to visually encourage event attendees to visit your booth.

If the event is held online, you can add a link to a live stream, a webinar run by the exhibitor, or a pre-recorded video. Such a link gives the exhibitor the option to add extra materials.

To create an interactive event map, add the Interactive Map module to the app. Learn more about theInteractive Map article. It helps participants navigate the venue during the event and lets you show the exhibition area, including booths of other exhibitors. If needed, you can add multiple exhibitor profiles to a booth you created. Each exhibitor profile you add this way gets a Show on map feature, which helps attendees easily find whoever they're looking for.

Add exhibitor profiles ahead of time and let your event participants create a list of companies they're interested in. The mobile app lets you save a chosen profile so you won't miss any stands during the event.

It’s perfect for trade shows and events where your partners want to show off their business with an image gallery. Photos added in the panel will show up in the Exhibitor’s profile in the mobile app.

You can add any file(s) to the exhibitor profile, for example with the current offer, a list of products available at the event, or the exhibitor’s presentation. This helps participants learn about the exhibitor even before the event, and gives the exhibitor a chance to highlight things like a special offer. Files can be added as jpg, pdf, or png.

As the event organizer, you play a key role in managing communication with exhibitors and making sure all necessary information is provided while they fill out their profiles. To make this process easier, we’ve created the Exhibitor Moderator feature, which lets Exhibitors or Partners of your event complete their profiles on their own.
Learn how to assign the Exhibitor Moderator role in Meeting Application in THIS ARTICLE.
You can manually change the order of exhibitor profiles by grabbing the dots to the left of the profile with your mouse.
If you want to automatically sort the profiles alphabetically (ascending or descending), use the icon in the top right corner.

You can customize all appearance elements in the Landing Page Configurator, in the Exhibitors section, so that the layout and color scheme fully match your site’s design.

In the Landing Page Configurator you can customize the look of the Exhibitors component:
change the background color of the whole section;
adjust the header color – by default it’s pulled from the main color of the event;
set the number of exhibitor rows that’ll be visible on the page at once.

Categories shown on the Landing Page are based on exhibitor tags, which you assign beforehand in the Admin Panel. In the configurator you can choose one of three display modes:
Capsules – categories displayed as buttons (round or with rounded corners) above the exhibitors list.

Tabs – categories displayed as horizontal cards, letting you switch between exhibitor groups.

Dropdown with filters – a dropdown menu that lets you filter exhibitors by tags right from the list.

For the Capsule and Tab modes, you can hide the “All” category option, which by default shows the full list of exhibitors.
In all three modes, you can also decide to hide the search icon (magnifying glass) above the list.
Have a great event with Meeting Application!
